SAFE HANDS
You just need the job done - efficiently and with minimum fuss. Financial Statements and Tax Returns, fully compliant with no last-minute rush or nasty surprises.
NURTURE
You’re new to business and want some guidance to navigate the myriad of rules and regulations. We’ll get everything set up so you can concentrate on running your business.
GROW
You’ve been in business for a while and things are ticking along nicely, so what’s next? We’ll help you with business growth, freeing up some of your time while increasing profitability.
BOOST
Business is growing well - now it’s time to really amp things up. We’ll help you take your business to the next level; boosting profitability so you can reap the rewards of your hard work.
Safe Hands
We’ll take care of your GST, Income Tax, and all other IRD obligations, along with the preparation of Annual Financial Statements when needed. Where applicable, we will set up and use Xero to assist with these tasks.
INVESTMENT
Indicative pricing is below. In all cases, we’ll have a chat about your needs and agree on a fee estimate before we begin.
Simple Income Tax Returns only – wages or salaries plus some interest and simple dividends. This is likely to require just a simple check of the IRD auto-generated return. From $350 + GST (annually).
More complex Tax Returns - could include the above plus rental or simple business statements. From $950 + GST (annually).
A Tax Return that includes an investment portfolio. From $1250 + GST (annually).
A set of Financial Statements (required by law for Companies and Trusts) plus Tax Returns for the business and up to 2 owners. From $140 + GST (monthly).
INCLUDES:

First hour of initial establishment meeting
Reminders of tax payments a few weeks before their due date
Telephone support relating to the above as needed
Nurture
Our team has years of experience in guiding those new to business on how best to navigate their way through the various rules and regulations that you need to be aware of. We’ll help you get things set up in a way that makes it easy to manage things on a day-to-day basis, with a clear understanding of what the data means.
If you plan on managing most of the administration for your business yourself, this is the package for you.
One of the biggest success criteria in business is getting started on the right foot. We’ll work with you to determine what needs to be done, and help you set up systems to handle it all efficiently.
Time invested at this start-up stage will pay for itself over and over again as you progress through your business journey.

This includes:
A comprehensive review of your business journey to date and the current systems you have in place
A fact-finding session to identify the things that might be holding you back from achieving your objectives
Determining targeted steps to get you where you want to go, faster, and more easily.
Our team has extensive experience in this area, and we love working with our clients to grow and develop their businesses. This is the stuff that gets us out of bed in the morning - having the opportunity to really make a difference and seeing your business flourish.

This stage of your business journey is the most challenging and the most rewarding. It’s where you determine how to take your business to the next level, allowing you to focus on what you enjoy, both inside and outside the business.
This stage requires vision and sound management to build on the operational skills developed throughout your journey. Having an advisor to act as a sounding board and keep you focused can make the difference between staying where you are and leveling up.
Our team will meet with you regularly, either in person or via Zoom, to deliver the next level of profitability and effectiveness for your business. Where we don’t have specific specialist skills in-house, we can connect you with associates who do.
